Manufacturing of architectural details from glass fiber concrete to order

Glass fiber concrete (SFB) is a modern and promising building material, which stands out among others due to its unique properties. It is rapidly gaining popularity among builders, sculptors and architects. Combining well-balanced technical and decorative characteristics, it is perfectly suited for the manufacture of architectural details.

By composition, fiber concrete is a mixture of fine-grained concrete and fiber, which acts as reinforcement. Such a composition significantly increases the strength limit of products. Fiber concrete is reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fiber (fiber), the length of the fibers is from 10 to 50 mm. When mixing SFB, the fibers in the mixture are distributed evenly throughout the mass, while the direction of the fibers is arbitrary, this provides fiber concrete with excellent strength and waterproofing. Fiber concrete combines high bending and tensile strength, excellent impact strength, and is also resistant to cracking. If we compare fiberglass concrete with ordinary concrete, the former is much more resistant to negative mechanical, biochemical and atmospheric influences.

All this together allows to reduce the thickness and, accordingly, the weight of architectural products and structures.

The properties of fiberglass concrete make it possible to manufacture products of large dimensions.

SFB does not lose its properties in a chemically aggressive environment.

The price of their fiberglass concrete products comes from several components:

Fiber concrete reinforced with fiberglass (fiber glass concrete), the most suitable material for decorative and finishing works, because it is versatile. The composition of the mixture can be adjusted, the surface texture, plasticity, color range can be changed. This property of SFB allows the realization of the most daring architectural ideas.
